中国全新文旅科技综合体——文化聚落·生活体验·数字娱乐新地标。该项目位于北京市海淀区西北部核心城区，占地62,000平方米，旨在打造一个融合零售商业与文化生活体验的世界级城市综合体。

A new cultural village, lifestyle, and technology entertainment destination in China. The 62,000 square metre site is located within the northwestern part of Beijing’s Urban Core Haidian district and will provide a world-class lifestyle and cultural centre with a retail presence.

10 Design的设计方案深度结合海淀区城市文脉，通过高效的功能布局与周边环境形成有机衔接。作为区域活力引擎，项目将有效连接社区生活圈、商务办公区及周边商业住宅区，并以精心设计的视觉通廊成为故宫北院的重要城市门户。设计方案特别注重提升周边公共空间价值。

10 Design’s vision for the commercial destination has been founded upon connections to the surrounding urban context of the Haidian district combined with efficient and functional retail considerations. The project is intended to serve as a catalyst to energize the district through its design, connecting the community to the adjacent commercial workspace and the surrounding retail and residential communities. It’s set to become an urban gateway to the North Museum of Forbidden City, through a strategically planned view. 10 Design’s concept for this project has been driven by the elevating the significance of its surrounding public venues.

项目规划包含入口广场与商业街区双重空间体系，既塑造现代都市形象，又通过传统屋顶元素的创新演绎营造宜人街道尺度。文化下沉广场作为重要的公共休闲场所，设有气势恢宏的四季主题中庭和具有科技感的智能媒体幕墙装置。

As part of the design, the scheme features an arrival plaza and retail street, which boasts an urban face and an intimate streetscape with heritage inspired roof forms in addition to a cultural sunken plaza which will provide a public realm leisure amenity. It will feature a dramatic multi-storied ‘four seasons’ atrium and an iconic media smart-curtain, a technologically enabled media platform.

屋顶空间包含多功能活动平台和景观花园露台，其中文化观景台可俯瞰故宫北院及周边景观全景。整个设计通过立体绿化平台实现建筑与自然环境的和谐对话。

There will be a roof terrace dedicated to events and youth entertainment for families, as well as an additional garden terrace. Separately, the scheme will include a cultural terrace – elevated balconies with panoramic vistas to the North Museum of Forbidden City and its surrounding landscape.
