上海 PRISMA 新嘉中心(已建成) | ECE


PRISMA 新嘉中心落位于上海浦东新区,地铁 6 号线、12 号线两线交汇处,作为高标准全局规划的 TOD 综合体项目,项目总建筑面积 43 万方,其中商业建筑面积 21.8 万方,办公建筑面积 2.5 万方。

PRISMA Xinjia Center is located in the Pudong New Area of Shanghai, at the intersection of Metro Lines 6 and 12. As a TOD (Transit-Oriented Development) project built to high standards, it boasts a total construction area of 430,000 square meters, including 218,000 square meters of commercial space and 25,000 square meters of office space.


PRISMA 新嘉中心以公交和轨道交通为基础,通过立体化的空间组织将商业、办公、居住、社群等城市生活场景高度聚合。整体规划依据动静特点合理分区布局,最大化提升了交通枢纽辐射带来的商业价值。


Relying on public and rail transport, PRISMA Xinjia Center integrates commercial, office, residential, and community spaces into a high-density urban life hub through multi-layered spatial organization. The overall planning divides the layout according to activity characteristics, maximizing the commercial value generated by its transportation hub.

项目采用 “Anti Mall” 总体设计理念,旨在颠覆传统购物中心的封闭性与单一性。创造了一个超越购物功能的多元化复合空间,这一理念契合了新消费时代的需求,也迎合了现代人对多元化体验的追求。PRISMA 新嘉中心不再仅仅是购物场所,而是一个集社交、娱乐、休闲于一体的城市生活目的地。


The project adopts the “Anti Mall” design concept, challenging the closed and singular nature of traditional shopping centers. It creates a diversified and multi-functional space that goes beyond shopping. This aligns with the demands of the new consumer era and caters to modern desires for diverse experiences. PRISMA Xinjia Center is no longer just a shopping venue; it is a city life destination integrating socializing, entertainment, and leisure.


PRISMA 新嘉中心将立足于未来城市的最新趋势以及生态自然的人文体验。我们希望创造一个面向未来的、可以形成巨大城市引力场并可以唤醒周边城市活力的新一代开发产品。

PRISMA Xinjia Center is grounded in the latest trends in future urban planning and ecological, human-centric design. The vision is to create a next-generation development product that establishes a powerful urban gravitational pull and revitalizes its surrounding areas.

商业建筑设计结合科技未来和自然人文的设计理念,将面向城市的智慧、未来、互动体验空间与沿河的自然、开放、人性化尺度体验空间有机融合。


The architectural design of the commercial spaces combines futuristic technology with natural, human-centered design principles. It merges smart, interactive urban spaces with riverside natural, open, and human-scaled environments.


而办公塔楼则以简洁硬朗的体块线条勾勒轮廓,通过体块的转折创造出空中花园,将室内外有机结合,自然和人文在此处融合,达到最佳的办公体验。


The office tower is designed with clean and bold lines, creating its profile through structural twists that introduce sky gardens. These seamlessly integrate indoor and outdoor spaces, blending nature and humanity for an optimal office experience.

PRISMA 新嘉中心在建筑与室内设计中充分考虑了可持续性和生态环保理念,“因地制宜,可持续发展”的开发运营理念也贯穿项目始终。在打造全业态一站式生活目的地的同时,新嘉中心于 2022 年成功获取 LEED BD+C CS V4金级预认证。


PRISMA Xinjia Center emphasizes sustainability and ecological design in both architecture and interiors. The development follows the principles of "local adaptability and sustainable development," integrating these ideas into its operations. In 2022, the project received LEED BD+C CS V4 Gold pre-certification, demonstrating its commitment to creating an environmentally conscious, one-stop lifestyle destination.

商业室内设计延续 “神奇星球” 故事线,创建了 5 个重要区域,“星际穿越”、“重力中心”、“深海奇缘”、“ 冰火山谷”、“漂浮之岛”,每一个区域都被赋予了最独一无二且远超传统购物中心的艺术展览馆般的空间亮点和顾客体验感。


The commercial interior design continues the “Magical Planet” storyline, featuring five unique zones: Interstellar Travel,Center of Gravity,Deep Sea,Cave, Floating Island. Each area is imbued with distinctive, museum-level artistic highlights and customer experiences that go far beyond traditional shopping centers.

PRISMA 新嘉中心项目建筑设计结合室内设计一同呼应 “未来商业三原色”, 将科技正念、绿色永续、融合共享’融入至城市综合开发项目中,创建了多元城市生活场景、引领了未来生活导向、创造了可成长的场所空间。项目预计于 2026 年正式面世,开业后将有望带动浦东金桥城市副中心未来发展。


By combining architectural and interior designs, PRISMA Xinjia Center embodies the “Three Primary Colors of Future Commerce”: Technological Mindfulness、Sustainable Green Practices、Integrated Sharing. These principles are embedded into the urban complex, creating multi-functional urban life scenes, guiding future lifestyles, and developing adaptable spaces. Scheduled to open in 2026, the project is poised to drive the future development of the Pudong Jinqiao urban sub-center.
