Euston Tower, a commercial high rise constructed in the London Borough of Camden, has lain vacant since early 2021. 3XN GXN's approved proposal for its reinvention not only refreshes the tower for contemporary workplace needs but transforms the currently vacant plaza it sits in into a vibrant and comfortable public square.

Nestled between Euston Station and Regent’s Park on the northern edge of central London, Euston Tower represented the best in workplace design when completed in 1970. But changes in both society and technology changed the way we worked and what we looked for from the places we worked in. The tower slowly grew obsolete; by the 2010s it was largely vacated and now sits empty.

Starting in December 2022, 3XN GXN, working for British Land and in close collaboration with a wide team including Adamson Associates, DSDHA, and Arup have been engaging with local stakeholders and the community to inform a new beginning for Euston Tower. The proposal for Euston Tower is 560,000 sq ft and 32 stories high (levels 00 – 31).
