In this project, a total of five high-rise residential buildings comprising 2,841 units face Swan Lake in Ecopark, a green neighborhood near Hanoi. The designed plan maximizes the number of units with lakeside views along the 600-meter-long shore. Based on the concept of hanaemi (“floral smile”), each building has eaves and high-rise balconies decorated with motifs of cherry blossoms, plum blossoms, fragrant olives, camellias, and red spider lilies. The Japanese aesthetic is expressed through low-rise stores in the shape of terraced rice paddies with plantings reminiscent of the four seasons in Japan.

该项目位于河内附近的生态公园，共有五栋高层住宅楼，共计2,841套单元，面朝天鹅湖。设计方案最大限度地增加了沿600米长湖岸线的湖景单元数量。以“花见”（hanaemi）为概念，每栋建筑的屋檐和高层阳台均以樱花、梅花、香橄榄、山茶花和红花彼岸花等图案装饰。日式美学通过梯田形状的低层商店体现出来，其种植的植物令人联想起日本的四季。
