Dongguan Humen High-speed Railway Station TOD Core Area Development

虎门高铁站是广深港客运专线在东莞设置的唯一高铁站，也是广深港客运专线地铁 2 号线、穗莞深城际线的交通换乘站点，是东莞市域综合交通网络中的三个综合枢纽站之一，是东莞联系区域铁路的重要对外客运枢纽，项目已于2020年纳入东莞市市重点工程。

As the sole intersection of two major economic arteries of the Greater Bay Area – Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Passenger Transport Line and then Guangzhou-Dongguan-Shenzhen intercity Line, the Humen High-speed Rail Station is an important transportation hub and will merge Dongguan integrating into the Greater Bay Area Economic Hub.

项目包括两个主要部分：枢纽EPC工程，总建筑面积达10万㎡，包括铁路站房改扩建、轨道间的换乘中心、出租车场站、公交枢纽、社会停车场、二层公共平台等交通设施。TOD核心区综合开发，总建筑面积达105万㎡。项目共分为三期工程，包括TOD展示中心、住宅区、商业综合体、超甲地标办公、商务公寓、五星级酒店、企业展馆等功能，共同构成虎门站TOD社区。

The project consists of two parts, including a 100,000 sq m complex that seamlessly connects with high-speed railway stations, transfer centre, subways and other rail transit; and a 1,050,000 sq m TOD Core Area Development which is divided into three phases of constructions, comprising a sales gallery, residential, commercial complex, Grade-A office, serviced apartments, five-star hotel and exhibition, creating a Humen TOD community.

项目位于东莞市虎门镇虎门高铁站TOD核心区。北侧紧邻虎门高铁站，西侧紧邻城际铁路换乘中心，处于虎门镇的重要门面位置。

The project is located at the TOD core area of Humen High-speed Railway Station, Humen Town, Dongguan City. As a portal location of Humen, the site is adjacent to the Humen Railway Station on the north side and the Intercity Railway Transfer Center on the west side.

项目以无界湾区为理念，包含10万平米的综合体以及三栋超高层塔楼，与高铁站，换乘中心，地铁等轨道交通无缝衔接，形成真正的站城一体，为虎门镇提供一个令人印象深刻的标志性形象。

The project is based on the concept of the unbounded Greater Bay Area, including a 100,000 square meter complex and three super high-rise towers, seamlessly connecting with high-speed railway stations, transfer centers, subways and other rail transit, forming a real station-city integration, providing a place for Humen Town an impressive iconic image.
