天府创新广场项目位于天府科学城片区，天府大道以东，科学城中路以北，北临天府菁蓉中心C、D区。项目总用地面积72,000平方米，包括办公、创业梦工场、商业、公寓。

The Tianfu Innovation Plaza is located at Tianfu Science Area, to the east of Tianfu Avenue and to the north of Science City Road. Tianfu Qingrong Centre District C and D are located due north of the Youth Centre. The project takes up a total area of 72,000 sq. m, including office buildings, commercial and residential apartments.

建筑形态如 “盒子掀开”，寓意初创企业敢于“突破框架”、孵化后“破壳而出”。方案设计理念以青年为本，对应功能需求，提供灵活多变、鼓励互动的空间与使用模式，提供独特、富有活力的空间体验；建筑形态上，整体高度与密度从北向南、从东向西逐渐升高，实现从自然（兴隆湖）向城市的过渡；空间上通过内外街系统实现通透、活跃的室内外空间和多重绿化体系，呼应天府新区建设“公园城市”的规划理念。

With the architectural form imitating the motion of “opening up the box”, the design implies the vision of “breaking the boundary” and “breaking out of the shell” of start-up entrepreneurship. Our design scheme adopts a youth-oriented approach, fulfilling the program needs with flexible and interactive space as well as providing a unique and dynamic spatial experience. In terms of architecture form, the overall height and density gradually rises from north to south and from east to west. It realizes a smooth transition from the nature (Xinglong Lake) to the urban. An active and permeable indoor-and-outdoor space as well as a comprehensive green network is realized through the internal and external street system. It echoes with the “Park City” planning concept of the Tianfu New District.
