The open facades, roofscapes, and terraces create an inviting environment for residents, visitors, and office workers, while temporary events and public gatherings ensure year-round vibrancy.

The development incorporates geothermal heating and cooling, district heating, and E-mobility infrastructure, alongside an energy-efficient indoor climate concept that prioritises comfort and flexibility.

Lush greenery weaves through the building, connecting interiors to outdoor terraces and promoting healthy, employee-focused work environments.
