The office tower is designed on the site’s west frontage and connected to the townhouse on the east side by a retail podium.

建筑造型从《晋书·褚陶传》“龙跃云津”中汲取灵感，简约圆润的塔楼拔地而起，银白色的露台飘板错落穿插，犹如朵朵白云，打破规整的建筑轮廓。塔楼首层通过拉锁幕墙，打造出钻石般通透的入口大堂。 商业裙楼与商墅采用一致的建筑语言，通透的玻璃幕墙搭配曲面铝板，简洁流畅的线条，尽显优雅大气。

Inspired by a Chinese metaphor ‘dragon leaping over the clouds and crossing the river’, the tower has a simple linear façade with tilting panels on the rooftop, which outlines an abstract cloud-like architectural form and creates a unique urban fabric. Lights penetrating through the curtain wall creates an open and permeable lobby. Transparent glass and curved aluminum panels create a simple fluid architectural form, unifying the architectural language of the office tower and the townhouse.
