Located in the center of a growing global city, this landmark development functions as a microcosm of Jakarta. Designed as a city within the city, it marries an office tower and accompanying Four Seasons Hotel with dining, event spaces and retail spaces.  

这座地标性建筑坐落于蓬勃发展的国际化都市中心，宛如雅加达的缩影。它被设计成一座“城中之城”，将办公大楼、配套的四季酒店、餐饮、活动空间和零售空间完美融合。

Lush gardens with covered informal gathering spaces are scattered throughout the towers. Landscaped sky terraces populate the top of each step of the office tower. The façade of the hotel tower is cut out to reveal an outdoor dining terrace with further green spaces at the ground and rooftop levels. Water elements are infused throughout the landscape, providing a cooling and soothing effect.  

郁郁葱葱的花园点缀在各座塔楼之间，并设有带顶棚的非正式聚会场所。办公大楼每层楼的顶部都设有景观优美的空中露台。酒店塔楼的立面采用镂空设计，露出一个户外用餐露台，地面层和屋顶层也拥有更多绿地。水景元素贯穿整个景观，营造出清凉舒爽的氛围。

The office tower façade is a double-glazed unitized curtain wall that features undulating anodized aluminum vertical sunshades arranged in a staggered pattern. This placement gives the tower a distinguished wavy texture when viewed diagonally. The office tower massing steps back four times, creating a distinctive silhouette visible from both directions of Jakarta’s main arteries. The hotel tower, a rectangular extrusion in form, is set further back on the site to provide distance from the main road.

办公大楼的立面采用双层玻璃单元式幕墙，并以交错排列的波浪形阳极氧化铝垂直遮阳板为特色。这种设计使得从对角线视角观看时，大楼呈现出独特的波浪纹理。办公大楼体量呈阶梯式后退四次，形成独特的轮廓，从雅加达主要干道的两侧均可清晰可见。酒店大楼呈矩形外凸状，位于地块更靠后的位置，与主干道保持一定距离。

Following Indonesian architectural tradition, indoor and outdoor space are integrated, flooding interiors with natural light and ventilation while keeping occupants protected from the extremes of Jakarta’s tropical climate. Semi-outdoor spaces, including covered sidewalk cafes and generous roof terraces at banquet hall and office levels, provide shade from sun and protection from rain.  

秉承印尼建筑传统，室内外空间融为一体，自然光线和通风充足，同时又能有效抵御雅加达极端的热带气候。半户外空间，包括带顶棚的露天咖啡厅以及宴会厅和办公楼层的宽敞屋顶露台，为人们遮挡阳光、抵御雨水。
