杭州湾智慧医疗产业园项目位于浙江海宁高新区，项目总用地面积251,002平方米，包含酒店，会议，展示等完整产业功能，旨在打造一站式复合型医疗综合体。设计以人本精神、生产安全和绿色生态为规划理念，在空间结构规划上打破传统单一的厂房功能布局模式，有机组织商务、生产研发与生活配套功能，接轨国际医疗生产研发的需求，营造高效理性的生产工作环境和舒适活力的办公生活环境。

Hangzhou Smart Medical Park project is located in Haining High Tech Zone, Zhejiang Province, with a total land area of 251,002 square meters. It includes complete industrial functions such as hotels, conferences, and exhibitions, aiming to create a one-stop composite medical complex. The design is based on human-centeredness, production safety, and green ecology, breaking the traditional single-factory functional layout model in spatial structure planning. It organically organizes business, production research and development, and life-supporting functions, meets the needs of international medical production research and development, and creates an efficient and rational production and working environment as well as a comfortable and dynamic office and living environment.

项目北侧为超高层五星级酒店，伫立于连接杭州与海宁的交叉路口，在沿路方向塑造鲜明的视觉形象。同时，沿仰山路布置办公塔楼、人才公寓塔楼两座建筑，与酒店一起形成城市天际线，创造个性鲜明且具有时代特色的城市名片。

On the project's north side is a super high-rise five-star hotel, standing at the intersection connecting Hangzhou and Haining, creating a distinct visual image along the way. At the same time, two buildings, an office tower and a talent apartment tower are arranged along Yangshan Road to form the city skyline together with the hotel, creating a distinctive and contemporary urban landmark.

设计将区域内的各个功能相互连接，形成半围合的共享庭院。三座塔楼之间围合出性格不同的两座主庭院。酒店与展示中间之间围合成商务外院，其景观以直线为设计语言；研发楼和孵化中心呈现“L”型沿道路设置，其景观以曲线为设计语言。

The design connects various functions within the area to form a semi-enclosed shared courtyard. Two main courtyards with different personalities are enclosed between three towers. The business outer courtyard is enclosed between the hotel and the exhibition center, and its landscape is designed with a straight line as the language. The R&D building and incubation center are designed in an "L" shape along the road, with a curved landscape as the design language.

在建筑设计上拒绝传统厂房的封闭式内外廊布局，通过植入绿色边庭、交通中庭，形成了研发空间竖向上的流动，并与共享内院相互渗透。

Regarding architectural design, we reject factory buildings' traditional enclosed interior and exterior corridor layouts. Instead, we incorporate green side courtyards and traffic courtyards to create a vertical flow of research and development space that permeates the shared inner courtyard.

园区建筑立面为现代简约风格，在统一的网格状立面语言下，通过节奏变化项目团队赋予了建筑立面尽可能多的类型。

The facade of the park buildings is in a modern minimalist style, with a unified grid-like facade language. The project team has given the building facades as many types as possible through rhythm changes.

酒店主楼立面自下而上窗框逐渐收窄，在纵向形成微妙的渐变效果；办公主楼立面通过金属格栅形成强烈的纵向秩序，使得建筑更显挺拔；人才公寓则放大玻璃面，通过铝板轻巧的收边，形成轻松舒适的视觉效果。

The hotel façade gradually narrows the window frames from the bottom up, forming a subtle gradient effect in the longitudinal direction; the office façade forms a strong vertical order through the metal grille, making the building more upright; and the talent apartments amplify the glass surface, and through the light edge of the aluminum panels, forming a relaxing and comfortable visual effect.
