张江科学城位于上海中心城区东南部、浦东新区核心地带，毗邻陆家嘴金融贸易区，距离浦东国际机场仅约15分钟车程。gmp所规划的两个地块——张江模力社区处于科学城的重要门户位置，形成一个以科技创新产业为核心，融合办公、文化、公寓与商业功能的复合型城市街区。

Located in the southeastern part of central Shanghai and at the core of Pudong New Area, Zhangjiang Science City lies adjacent to the Lujiazui Financial District and is approximately a 15-minute drive from Pudong International Airport. The two plots designed by gmp, Zhangjiang Model Matrix Community, occupy a prominent gateway position within Science City and form a mixed-use urban district centered on technology and innovation industries, integrating offices, cultural facilities, apartments, and retail functions.

两个地块以乐川路及中央景观带为界彼此分隔，却通过统一而富有辨识度的建筑语言形成整体性的空间体验。其中，三座高度分别为150米、110米与73米的办公塔楼通过立面设计建立起丰富而协调的视觉联系。每座塔楼均设置了两层至三层通高的“阳光大厅”，作为垂直办公体系中的共享交流空间。

Although the two plots are separated by Lechuan Road and a central landscape zone, they are unified through a coherent and recognizable architectural language that creates a continuous spatial experience. Three office towers, rising to heights of 150 meters, 110 meters, and 73 meters respectively, establish a visual relationship through their facade design. Each tower incorporates double- to triple-height “sun halls” that function as shared communication spaces within the vertical office environment.

塔楼裙房则采用“堆叠盒子”的设计策略。横向延伸、配备大面积玻璃开窗的低层体量，与高层塔楼强调垂直分格的立面形成对照，同时在尺度上实现与周边城市空间的衔接。裙房内部除商业与餐饮功能外，还设置了开放共享的办公空间，为年轻创业者与初创企业提供灵活的工作环境。

The podium buildings follow a “stacked box” design strategy. Their horizontally extended low-rise volumes, characterized by large, glazed openings, contrast with the vertically articulated facades of the towers while establishing an urban scale that relates to the surrounding public realm. In addition to retail and dining functions, the podiums accommodate open and shared office spaces, providing flexible working environments for young entrepreneurs and start-ups.

两栋公寓建筑采用错位布局，使更多居住单元能够面向湿地公园获得开阔景观。公寓主要面向在张江科学城工作的年轻科研人员，满足了“职住近邻”的规划理念。

The two residential buildings are arranged in an offset configuration to allow a greater number of apartments to benefit from views toward the wetland park. Primarily intended for young researchers and professionals working in Zhangjiang Science City, the apartments support the project’s “live-and-work nearby” planning concept.
