This is the first mixed-use project of CR land in Dongguan, located in the core area of Songshan Lake CBD area, seamlessly connected to the TOD transportation hub of Songshan Lake North Station. With a commercial volume of nearly 120,000 square meters, the project is presented in an innovative commercial form of “box + park + neighborhood”. The designers iterated and upgraded the spatial experience by emphasizing the unique characteristics of different atriums through elaborate material combinations to offer young families and white-collar consumers more fun and personalized lifestyle options.
