Setting a benchmark for experiential retail in the fast-growing city of Changde, this retail interior is designed for a diverse array of consumers.
本商业中心是常德旭辉国际新城的核心,国际新城总占地 67 公顷,集零售、办公、住宅等功能于一体。项目规划打造为“城市会客厅”,承载运动、康养、文化及美食、购物等多业态功能。室内空间的灵感源自中国古代寓言名作《桃花源记》所描绘的当地自然风光。我们以现代设计语言重新诠释古典美学,通过流畅的曲线设计和富有装饰感的细节元素,营造了一处远离城市喧嚣的都市商业中心。
The mall anchors the CIFI Group’s Changde Plaza, part of an ambitious 67-hectare masterplan which integrates retail with offices and homes. The vision is for an ‘open house’ with flexible uses including sports, wellbeing, and culture alongside an extensive food courts and, of course, shopping. The interior concept is inspired by the local landscapes captured in the famous Chinese fable A Visit to the Peach Blossom Spring. The mall is a retreat from the bustling city, where traditional aesthetics are reinterpreted into a more contemporary design language of streamlined arcs and decorative elements.





商业中心中庭为五层挑高空间,自然采光充沛,是整座建筑的空间核心,可引导商业中心的客流动线。中庭全年将举办各类活动和展演。中庭周围设有各种快闪店、咖啡厅及灵动空间,可吸引购物者进一步探索零售区。
We placed a light-filled, five-storey-high atrium at the heart of the mall to draw visitors through the space. Here, a year-round programme of events and activities is planned. Around it are pop-up stores, cafés and flexible spaces, inviting shoppers to explore further and discover the retail spaces beyond.
同时,我们还进行了精细化的空间分区,既优化购物动线,又可为顾客营造沉浸式体验。例如,三楼的儿童区中心设有适合全年龄段人群的互动装置和工作坊。餐饮区则设在儿童区上层,家长在享受美食和休憩之余,也能轻松照看孩子。
We also created zones — both to enable efficient navigation and create opportunities for more immersive experiences. The kids’ zone on the third floor, for example, is centred around a space with interactive installations and workshops for all ages. Meanwhile, F&B spaces are set at a high level, so parents can relax and recharge while keeping their children in sight.
