International Financial Centre of Hong Kong defines a global financial hub

The Hong Kong Central Station development occupies one of the most beautiful urban sites in the world. The complex includes two office towers with five-star hotels and service apartments, and a four-story podium with premium retail, cinemas, restaurants, and a rooftop garden. Surrounded by a community of skyscrapers, the flagship International Financial Centre Two (IFC2) stands above the rest, powerfully emphasizing the area as a world financial center.

From its primary position in the city and extraordinary height, IFC2 is a beacon on the skyline that marks the entrance to Victoria Harbour.  The tower’s structure is tapered as it rises upward, culminating in a sculptural crown. Its triumphant presence welcomes visitors from around the world to Hong Kong, a cosmopolitan city at the intersection of Western and Eastern culture.

香港国际金融中心仿似一座宏伟的方形尖塔，与城市布局相协调，轮廓清晰，令人难忘。其核心轮廓呈锥状，自下而上逐渐变细，仿佛在垂直向上攀升。建筑幕墙镶嵌轻反光玻璃，竖框发出彩色珠光，轻柔典雅。办公区域设开放式楼面板，其角落和四周皆可欣赏港湾和城市的壮丽景色。

IFC2 is a classic obelisk form that meets the scale of the city to contribute a clear and memorable presence. Its centric shape tapers as it rises with carefully proportioned setbacks expressing dynamic vertical ascending movement. The tower’s curtain wall is clad in lightly reflective glass panels and pearl-colored mullions to soften the appearance of its surface. The office floor plates are open, providing corner and perimeter workspaces with stunning views of the city and waterfront.

项目地址位于太平山脚下，属香港中环区海滨地段，毗邻维多利亚港最窄的渡口，风景优美，别具一格。建筑项目的设计风格旨在展现该城市区域精神风貌，并与当地自然风光相互协调。每当夜幕降临，国际金融中心二期建筑灯光环绕，映入数英里外港湾游客的眼帘，不禁令人心旷神怡。

The site is located along a uniquely beautiful waterfront site adjacent to the narrowest crossing of Victoria Harbour, with the Central District and Victoria Peak as a backdrop. The building was designed to capture the spirit of the area, in harmony with the natural splendor of its setting. The tower is lit at night, providing a bright and welcoming gesture to Harbour visitors, visible from miles away.
