设计概念是，通过国际一流团队在建筑形态、景观生态、建筑风格、公共空间方面的努力，塑造具有标志性以及活力魅力的金融都市形象。具有形态丰富室内外空间的、荟萃人文与绿色气息的国际一流综合服务体，充分体现前海的区位的综合价值，塑造核心形象，打造深圳的一个新亮点区域。

The design concept was to create a dynamic community through engaging a world class team of experts in architectural form, landscape ecology, architectural style and public space to shape the image of the financial city with iconic and vibrant charm. The indoor and outdoor spaces form a rich collection of human and green atmosphere with world-class integrated services, fully reflecting the location of Qianhai, shaping the core image and creating a new bright spot in Shenzhen.

该综合体开发项目总占地面积为 6.18 公顷，外部建筑面积为 5.39 公顷，内部建筑面积达 50.3 万平方米，项目包含一座 4 层楼的零售裙楼，该裙楼连接了项目所在地的五座塔楼，即三座商业办公楼、一家 5 星级国际酒店，以及一座服务式公寓住宅。

With a total land area of 6.18 hectares, construction area of 5.39 hectares, and built area of 503,000 square meters, the mixed-use development consists of a 4‑storey retail podium which connects the five towers on the site – three commercial office buildings, a 5‑Star international hotel and a serviced apartment residence.

整体而言，地块和区域内外的交通系统十分便利成熟，未来周边商业、办公、休闲氛围浓厚。项目功能涵盖地铁换乘、酒店、公寓、办公、餐饮、主力店、时尚精品店铺、电影院、健身、超市等等。为充分发挥地块潜在价值，会将商业空间做整，以打造更大的商业区域。

Overall, the land and the transport system inside and outside the area is well-connected and convenient, in preparation for future surrounding business, office, leisure amenities. In order to give full play to the potential value of the plot, the commercial space will be integrated to create a larger commercial district.
