南京德基世贸中心(已建成) | Gensler

This mixed-use project occupies one of four sites within a spine of new commercial and residential developments in the proposed Nanjing Hexi CBD.  Comprising retail, an office tower, condos and apartments, the complex is emblematic of Nanjing’s historic position as a significant trade city, within modern China.

该综合用途项目位于南京河西 CBD 规划区内，占据了一系列新建商业和住宅开发项目的核心地块之一。该综合体包含零售空间、办公楼、公寓和住宅，象征着南京作为中国现代重要贸易城市的历史地位。

The design incorporates walkable outdoor shopping streets, landscaped plazas that symbolically cross streets and unite retail, dynamic atriums and separately branded pavilions that provide orientation within the site. The composition —anchored around a shared central park— knots together the natural environment outside with the built retail environment of the interior.

设计中融入了可步行的户外购物街、象征性地横跨街道并连接零售空间的景观广场、充满活力的中庭以及在场地内提供方向指引的独立品牌展馆。整个建筑群以共享的中央公园为核心，将外部自然环境与内部的零售环境巧妙地融合在一起。
