位于深圳市中心西部的“深圳超级湾总部基地”将发展成为一个崭新的都会商务区。海湾与北洲山湿地公园之间的城市设计，规划了一个高密度的城区。一条宽阔的南北轴线将连接滨海公园与北部湿地的绿地。gmp为专门提供智能手机和其它移动设备软硬件服务的中国天音通信公司设计了两座拥有同一裙房的塔楼。南北两座塔楼高度分别为150米和100米。

Located on the northwestern corner plot of the Super Bay City business district in Shenzhen, One Orient Shenzhen marks the starting point of the central green axis and forms the district’s urban edge toward the bay. The corporate headquarters of technology group Telling consists of two towers rising to heights of 150 and 100 meters, connected by a shared podium. In accordance with the urban master plan, the vertically and horizontally offset building volumes step down toward Wetland Park to the north.

建筑形式中错落有致的悬浮立方体象征着天音通信的不同部门，反应了企业多元化的领域。在塔楼的不同高度设有“空中花园”和“空中客厅”。基座景观平台被划分为较小的组团，由不同大小的建筑体量构成。裙房底层沿街空间将用于商业零售。在交错的路口处，街道被扩大为广场，由此形成多变的空间序列。这些广场、街巷和路径在漫步平台层定义了城市特色风情，通过人行天桥与“中央公园”以及相邻地块交织形成步行网络，从而刻画出新的城市空间。

The setbacks of the volumes create sky gardens and sky lobbies across various levels, providing additional spaces for occupants to gather and linger. The podium brings the urban scale down to the pedestrian level and integrates dining and retail spaces on the upper level along a publicly accessible boulevard. A network of plazas, lanes, and pedestrian bridges connects the development with the adjacent park and surrounding buildings. A continuous unitized facade visually unifies the staggered building volumes. Deep, recessed profiles frame the openings with rounded edges and integrate ventilation, smoke extraction, and lighting elements flush into the construction. Digitally laser-welded aluminum profiles and single-piece full-mold cast elements at the corners enable seamless joints with a manufacturing tolerance of ±2 millimeters. Serial prefabrication reduced CO₂ emissions by around 25 percent and cut on-site assembly effort by more than 30 percent. For this construction, the project was recognized with the CTBUH China Award in the “Facade Innovation Excellence” category.
