瑞声科技后海总部, 深圳 (建设中) | 10 Design

Set in China's technology hub of Shenzhen Bay Area, AAC Technologies Houhai Headquarters brings together a research-oriented tech campus and retail functions within a single vertical development. The architectural concept emphasises minimalism and elegance, expressed through two slender tower volumes leaning against one another, with the intervening space between them strategically allocated for service and support functions.

瑞声科技后海总部坐落于中国科技枢纽——深圳湾后海片区，将以研发为导向的科技园区与零售功能融为一体，呈现于一座垂直发展的建筑综合体之中。建筑设计秉持极简与优雅的理念，由两座相互倚靠的细长塔楼构成；塔楼之间的空间被巧妙地利用，用于布置各类服务与配套设施。

The building accommodates AAC Technologies' headquarters and R&D centre, designed with larger floorplates to maximise efficiency and spatial flexibility. Employee amenities, including wellness facilities, meeting spaces, dining areas and a private viewing deck overlooking Shenzhen Bay, complement the office component.

该建筑作为瑞声科技的总部及研发中心，采用了大进深的楼层布局，旨在最大化空间效率与灵活性。办公区域之外，还配备了丰富的员工配套设施，包括健康设施、会议空间、餐饮区，以及可俯瞰深圳湾的私享观景平台。

At ground level, a podium of lifestyle retail activates the streetscape with cafés, dining venues and boutique shops centred around an open-air atrium that creates a welcoming public destination.

建筑底部的裙楼汇集了各类生活零售业态，设有咖啡馆、餐厅和精品店，并围绕着一座露天中庭展开，营造出一个亲切宜人的公共空间。

Together, these components establish a mixed-use destination that balances corporate identity and urban connectivity within a compact vertical form.

这些功能要素有机结合，共同打造出一处集多种用途于一体的综合体，在紧凑的垂直建筑形态中，实现了企业形象与城市连接之间的平衡。
