Eurovea Towers are two residential high-rises on the eastern edge of Pribinova Avenue in Bratislava, reaching 260 and 184 metres to become Slovakia's tallest buildings. Structured around hashtag-shaped cores in a pinwheel plan, the towers maximise corner apartments with views across the Danube, the historic centre, and the Carpathian foothills beyond.

At ground level, a glass pavilion and a landscaped pocket park link the two towers to the surrounding Downtown Bratislava district, itself transforming from industrial brownfield into a mixed live-work-play quarter. Over 1,100 homes, a shared energy network, and a demountable façade system position the project as a model for sustainable high-density urban living.

The towers stand at the eastern end of Pribinova Avenue, near the base of the Apollo Bridge, on a plot of approximately 8,200 m² with a combined floor area of some 115,000 m². The site sits within Downtown Bratislava, a district west of the historic centre that has shifted over recent decades from warehouses and industrial remnants into a live-work-play quarter of new architecture and public space. Bratislava Castle overlooks the city from the west; the Danube divides the historic core from the green lowlands to the south. Close to public transport and cultural landmarks, the towers extend this district's transformation, adding two further landmarks to its skyline.

The towers' irregular, wind-optimised geometry is designed to reduce material use in the structure itself. Ground-source heat pumps supply heating and cooling, and photovoltaic panels positioned across the towers generate on-site solar power. A district-level energy network balances loads between the towers and adjacent office buildings, improving efficiency beyond the scale of a single building. Integrated façade blinds and a decentralised ventilation system with heat recovery reduce reliance on external energy sources, while a modular, demountable façade system supports future disassembly and reuse.
