Recognising the potentially damaging effects of excessive urban development, The Heart of Zhuhai CBD is an ambitious project that aims to improve the city’s livability.

深知过度城市开发可能带来的负面影响，珠海CBD之心项目雄心勃勃旨在提升城市宜居性。

Our proposals seek to enhance quality of life for both residents and visitors to Zhuhai by creating a green oasis, but also to showcase the cultural identity of the area – and in particular the old city. We drew our inspiration from the city’s ecology, from the natural topography of the land and its native planting. At the core of the scheme is a y-shaped green valley which provides welcome relief from the busy city streets, a place for people to gather and relax.

我们的方案旨在打造一片绿洲，提升珠海居民和游客的生活质量，并展现该地区——尤其是老城区——的文化特色。我们的设计灵感源自珠海的城市生态环境、自然地形和原生植被。该方案的核心是一个Y形的绿谷，它为人们提供了一个远离城市喧嚣的休憩之所，让人们得以在此聚集休憩。

The valley is woven into the urban grain, the towers rising up around it like mountains. Setbacks in these surrounding structures are also greened, extending the natural landscape and offering more opportunities for citizens to enjoy the outdoors. The project itself is intended to be a tourist destination, with a wide mix of uses integrated into the surrounding buildings, including a resort, workspaces, and lifestyle stores.

绿谷与城市肌理交织，高楼群如同群山般耸立其间。周边建筑的退台也进行了绿化设计，延伸了自然景观，为市民提供了更多享受户外生活的机会。项目本身旨在打造一个旅游目的地，周边建筑将融合多种功能，包括度假村、办公空间和生活方式商店。
