罗湖北站枢纽上盖物业建筑方案设计, 深圳 | Aedas


本项目位于罗湖北部的清水河总部新城核心区域,是省委政府列入广深港澳科技创新走廊的重要产业节点,是深圳市政府授牌的“人工智能产业基地”与重点开发项目之一,也是《深圳市总部经济聚集区布局规划》中明确的“数字经济总部聚集区”。


Situated in the northern region of Luohu, the project is a significant industrial node included in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Science and Technology Innovation District.


项目为深汕铁路罗湖北站的上盖物业与站城一体化开发,是总部新城最重要的核心基建及服务配套设施。罗湖北站综合交通枢纽是一座集地铁、高铁、公共交通为一体的地下枢纽,是深圳市五辅枢纽之一,未来日均客流将高达80万,其中深汕铁路为350公里时速的高速铁路,起于西丽枢纽,经罗湖北站、坪山站、惠阳、惠东至深汕合作区,并接入国家沿海高铁,将实现深圳半小时都市生活圈、1小时覆盖省内城市中心、3小时至长三角,标志着国家铁路出行由低频长途转向高频通勤时代。


The project serves as the most critical core infrastructure and service facilities in the city, it is an underground hub integrating subway, high-speed rail and public transportation. The future daily passenger flow is projected to reach 800,000, with the Shenzhen-Shanwei Railway being a high-speed railway with a speed of 350 kilometers per hour. It starts at the Xili Hub, passes through Luohu North Station, Pingshang Station, Huiyang, and Huidong to the Shenzhen Cooperation Zone, and connects to the national coastal high-speed rail, marking the shift of national railway travel from low-frequency long-distance to high-frequency commuting era.
