项目采用精致简洁的现在建筑风格，打造典雅创新的园区形象。塔楼立面设计以竖向线条为主，通过建筑体量的错动营造挺拔向上的视觉效果，并注重虚实结合，通过材质反射率的区别与强节奏感的竖挺打造丰富的光影效果。裙房体量凹凸有致，局部悬挑与架空带来层次丰富的空间关系，并结合丰富的景观设计，营造生态绿色的新时代园区。

The project adopts a refined and simple modern architectural style to create an elegant and innovative image. The façade design uses vertical lines, creating an upright visual effect through the staggered blocks. By utilising the material reflectivity and a strong rhythmed pattern, it creates a rich lighting effect. The partial cantilevered and undulating podium brings a rich landscape design, creating an eco-friendly community for the new era.
