The project is located in Wuhan, north of Zhongbei road with requirement of site coverage no more than 35%, height limits of 150m, and green zone at east and south edge of the site

联投为武汉国有多元化企业，要求总部形象庄重大气并独具特色，使用必须满足各类涉足产业在总部的办公及各自的迎宾要求。总部高管将在最顶部两层办公，各类大小与中式西式会议室分布于不同区域，３５０人的报告厅，食堂，健身房，阅读室，员工交流活动区，室内跨层挑空等均为总部所需的空间特别定制。

United Investment is a state own company and requires an elegant design. Executive offices, conference rooms,350 seats auditorium, canteen, gym, reading room, internal atrium are all tailored for UI.

武汉拥有楚文化传统，美丽的楚凤纹饰为建筑立面设计的灵感来源，塔冠，塔底采用了楚凤冠及楚凤尾部丰富的线条表现及流畅感。入口雨棚及裙楼顶部采用连续的折面与塔楼整体立面紧密结合。

Wuhan has ancient “Chu” culture root and admires the beauty of phoenix. The design is inspired by the phoenix’s crown and tail for continuous fold facade and pattern articulations.

塔楼采切角处理，每层楼将转角办公室增加为８个，不但增加立面的采光面积，也将塔楼整体雕刻及表现的更加高挑，挺拔，并具有更丰富的层次感及表现力。

Tower corners are cut for slimmer massing articulation, and increase facade length and corner offices.

倾斜的入口立面，特殊形状分割及超大幅面的玻璃，入口大堂大气挑高的空间，室内墙面的石材分割，均沿用了楚凤流畅羽毛线条的表现并呈现大气优雅的特质，创造独特的到达体验。

Tilted entrance facade, large size glass, unique lobby design, flow expression of lobby stone wall, all will provide visitors an elegant grand, and special arrival experience.
