gmp has built a new office and residential complex for Shenzhen Uni Properties Group. A total of five towers were built on three plots. They form an ensemble with adjoining base zones, pavilions and connecting bridges. The entire building complex comprises 210,000 square metres of gross floor area above ground plus three basement levels.
gmp为深圳 Uni Properties Group 打造了一座全新的办公住宅综合体。该项目共包含五座塔楼,分布在三个地块上。它们通过相邻的基座、展馆和连接桥构成一个整体。整个建筑群地上总建筑面积21万平方米,地下三层。
One of the most important elements of the design is the lush landscaping concept: generous green spaces offer office workers and residents alike quiet areas in nature, despite the dense urban environment. There are gardens on the ground, on the pedestrian bridges and on the roofs, where people can linger. Two-storey base zones on the towers, together with pavilions, provide space for a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes. Three of the towers are used for offices, while the other two are apartments. The tallest tower, at 150 metres, serves as the client's headquarters. The first level, below ground, provides shopping facilities, canteens and attractive access via the low-lying gardens. Public bridges connect the buildings on the three sites.
该设计最重要的元素之一是郁郁葱葱的景观设计理念:尽管城市环境密集,但宽敞的绿地为办公人士和居民提供了静谧的自然空间。地面、人行天桥和屋顶均设有花园,供人们休憩。塔楼的两层基座与展馆相结合,为各种商店、餐厅和咖啡馆提供了空间。其中三座塔楼为办公楼,另外两座为公寓楼。最高的塔楼高150米,是客户的总部。地下一层设有购物设施、餐厅,并通过低洼花园提供便捷的出入通道。公共连桥连接三栋建筑。
