广州南沙新区位处广深都市圈，以其湿地公园的独特自然风光闻名。作为南沙灵山区的第一批项目之一，由gmp设计的两座160米办公塔楼将从两个相邻地块拔地而起。从竖直方向上看，两座塔楼分别被划分为四段体量，向内退进的空中花园与采光中庭从外部反映了内部办公空间的分段。两栋塔楼主体共融的设计理念体现在互通的空中连桥，与手法相似的立面处理，幕墙采用了隐藏式开窗的自然呼吸式通风体系，赋予塔楼气质非凡的整体形象。

The Nansha New District between Guangzhou and Shenzhen is distinctive for the varied natural scenery of the Wetland Park. An investment group is building two 160-meter office towers designed by gmp on two adjoining plots as one of the first projects on Lingshan Island. Each of the two towers is divided into four segments that are articulated by recesses containing sky terraces and sky lobbies. The external division of the towers reflects the internal subdivision of the office units. The common design idiom of the two building volumes, the elevated bridge that interconnects them, and the analogous facade design with concealed casement windows for fully natural ventilation generate the towers’ desired ensemble effect.
