The 75-story tower design continues SOM’s history of merging function and form. It updates the classic columnar skyscraper with elegant proportions that reflect the stacking of various uses inside: offices, residences, and a hotel.

这座75层高的塔楼设计延续了SOM融合功能与外形的传统。它以优雅的比例重新诠释了经典的柱状摩天大楼，并反映了其内部多种用途的叠加：办公、住宅和酒店。

The ground floor lobby is enclosed in clear glass and illuminated from within, giving the appearance of a lantern. The space extends 25 meters high and gives the building an unmistakable presence on Jingbin Road. Within the lobby, three floors are suspended from the roof by hanging columns—a design that accentuates the dramatic impact of this lofty and luminous space.

一楼大厅采用透明玻璃围合，内部采光充足，宛如灯笼。该空间高25米，使这座建筑在江滨路上拥有独特的存在感。大厅内，三层高体量通过悬垂柱悬挂于屋顶——这一设计更凸显了这座高耸明亮空间的戏剧性效果。

Reflecting its surroundings   映射周围环境

The north and south facades of the tower transition from a simple glass skin to a woven texture toward the tap, which animates the facade by mirroring its surroundings in unexpected ways. The upper and lower surfaces of the woven curtain wall reflect the colors of the sky and city, evoking the glimmering Ou River. The east and west facades are composed of vertical steel fins that improve the thermal performance of the building by regulating heat gain, while reflecting light across the glass curtain wall and accentuating the structure’s verticality.

塔楼的南北立面从简单的玻璃表皮过渡到朝向头部的编织纹理，以意想不到的方式映射周围环境，赋予立面活力。编织幕墙的上下表面反射着天空和城市的色彩，令人联想到波光粼粼的瓯江。东西立面由垂直钢制肋片组成，通过调节热增益来改善建筑的热性能，同时将光线反射到玻璃幕墙上，突出了结构的垂直感。

The tower culminates in a permeable crown, described as the “Eye of Ou River.” Its sloping parapet completes the harmonious composition, balancing the tower’s proportions while funneling wind away from the roof deck. The crown also allows for the creation of two distinct outdoor rooms at the north and south sides with unrivaled views of the river, rolling hills, and city.

塔楼的顶部是一个可渗透的冠状结构，被称为“瓯江之眼”。倾斜的女儿墙完善了和谐的构图，平衡了塔楼的比例，并将风从屋顶平台引导出去。冠状结构还允许在南北两侧创建两个不同的户外空间，可以欣赏到河流、连绵起伏的丘陵和城市无与伦比的美景。
