In the east of Shenzhen, a 258-metre-high office tower has been built, consisting of four slender towers that combine to form a powerful, square volume. This architectural gesture symbolizes the client's corporate culture: a strong, unified body is created from many individual parts - just as a successful group has emerged from several companies. The irregular staggered heights of the towers form a lively silhouette and create spacious terraces that offer unique views of the urban Futian district and the natural landscape of Hong Kong's Northern Territories.
Numerous sky lobbies with comparable views promote encounters and exchanges at lofty heights. The podium combines urban functions - shopping mall and office entrance - and opens up to public use on the first floor by raising the elevator lobby to the second floor. The entire design actively seeks a dialog with the city and the landscape: through its vertical open spaces, its diverse outdoor areas and its gradual integration into the Shenzhen skyline.
