Suzhou Longfor Centre is set to serve as a lounge-style businesshub emerging in the Gaoxin district of Suzhou, China. Approximately 200 metres in height, this city landmark is composed of premium food and beverage outlets, luxury retail, a five-star hotel and leisure facilities, working in conjunction with other buildings in phases IV and V of the commercial development, which contain hotel, offices and retail, to make up a dynamic retail and lifestyle complex for the community.

The tower façade adopts a unique streamlined design using vertical aluminium fins, which symbolises the growth and prosperity of the city and allows it standing out from neighbouring buildings. A pleasant semi-open space is born out of terraced elevations, which serves as an extension of office spaces for building users to mingle and rest, promoting an interactive workstyle with all-round wellbeing.
