Located in Shanghai’s Binjiang district, this triumphant 77,000 sq. m., sustainable office tower development reflects Tencent’s vision, identity and culture, and is a new landmark for the city.

这座位于上海滨江区的宏伟办公楼，占地7.7万平方米，秉承可持续发展理念，完美诠释了腾讯的愿景、品牌定位和文化，将成为这座城市的新地标。

The façade of the building, made up of irregular window grids, resembles a vast mosaic of pixels, representing order, rhythm and principles. The design draws inspiration from the Chinese proverb ‘A Myriad of Twinkling Household Lights’ (萬家燈火). From afar, the thousands of distinctive windows reflecting the sun’s rays resemble thousands of twinkling household lights.

大楼外立面由不规则的窗格构成，宛如一幅巨大的像素马赛克，象征着秩序、韵律和原则。设计灵感源自中国谚语“万家灯火”。远眺，成千上万扇造型独特的窗户在阳光的映照下，宛如万家灯火。

The design symbolises Tencent’s vision, as a leader in technology and digitalisation, of providing a multitude of products and services to meet the diverse needs of tens of thousands of households around the world. It also signifies pluralism and the diversity of multicultural talents from different backgrounds that form the Tencent team.

这一设计象征着腾讯作为科技和数字化领域的领导者，致力于提供丰富的产品和服务，满足全球千家万户的多样化需求。它也象征着腾讯团队的多元化，以及来自不同背景的多元文化人才的多样性。

The 29-storey tower and its four-storey podium provide diversified functional areas which emphasise shared space. Together, these spaces symbolise an environment for the younger generation, evoking creativity and reinforcing the iconic image of Tencent’s corporate image and culture.

这座29层高的塔楼及其四层裙楼提供多元化的功能区域，并强调共享空间。这些空间共同象征着一个面向年轻一代的办公环境，激发创造力，并强化腾讯企业形象和文化的标志性形象。

Sustainability-wise, the building was carefully designed to international standards of sustainability including LEED Gold; the Chinese Assessment Standard for Green Building Level 2; and employs WELL AP Grade – the first evidence-based system for measuring, certifying and monitoring building features that have impact on health and wellbeing.

在可持续性方面，该建筑经过精心设计，符合LEED金级认证、中国绿色建筑评价标准二级等国际可持续性标准，并采用了WELL AP等级认证——这是首个基于循证的、用于测量、认证和监测影响健康和福祉的建筑特征的系统。

From the building’s IGU insulated glass, which reduces the heat absorbed and saves considerable energy, to an abundance of greenery and dedicated workout spaces on every floor, the design takes a forward-looking approach to reducing environmental impacts while positively impacting usability.

从减少热量吸收并显著节能的IGU中空玻璃，到每层楼丰富的绿化和专用健身空间，该设计以前瞻性的方式减少环境影响，同时积极提升可用性。
