作为珠海第一座真正意义上的轨交上盖综合体,由吕元祥建筑师事务所(RLP)为中海地产打造的珠海环宇城位于主城区前山河畔,紧邻前山城际铁路站,地理位置得天独厚。项目总建筑面积约39万平方米,包括一座购物中心、一栋地标性甲级办公楼、一栋五星级酒店、六栋高端住宅及其他配套设施,可满足居民饮食、购物、办公和娱乐等全方位生活需求。
借助于邻近河畔的地理优势,建筑师以“城市之帆”为理念,将帆船在海上航行的姿态作为塔楼立面的设计语言,衬托出“城市之帆”的整体氛围,使珠海环宇城成为该区的地标建筑。与此同时,RLP更将河畔自然融入建筑环境和周围社区,渗透进滨江公园、平台花园和多功能露天广场的设计中。
珠海环宇城的设计规划充分体现了RLP和中海地产共同推崇的可持续发展绿色理念,主体建筑以外的亲水河畔不仅是绿色园林以及休憩用途的滨江公园,更可通过多功能露天广场的衔接,与TOD综合体巧妙互通,相互引流,鼓励用户和居民走入一个健康而富有活力的生活模式。
RLP历时14年匠心打造的珠海环宇城,是大湾区24小时低碳生活圈的典范,为珠海人民的生活带来欢乐、便捷和健康。而RLP也将继续前行,通过以人为本、面向未来的设计理念不断为大湾区的城市发展注入创新驱动力。
Unipark is a multi-purpose development project on the Zhuhai waterfront, overlooking the Qianshan River and next to the Qianshan intercity rail station. The project has a gross floor area of 390,000 sq. m., comprising a shopping mall, 5-star hotel, mega-high-rise Grade A office tower, river-view residences, serviced apartments, and an underground car park.
Unipark’s design concept is “Sailing in the City”, with the towers resembling the sails of ancient vessels, serving as a landmark for the area. It is planned to extend this sea-going theme to the riverfront in areas that will be developed into parks, promenades and multi-functional piazzas – becoming an integral part of life for people in Zhuhai.
This waterfront transit-oriented development with dual-core bus and railway operations will become an “urban regenerator”, encouraging a healthy lifestyle for users and residents through sustainable, biophilic design that embraces natural landscapes and creates new open spaces, parks and gardens, making these fully accessible to surrounding communities.
