伫立于民权东路和中山北路两条繁华道路的交汇处，上海商业储蓄银行新总行大楼拥有便捷的地理位置。为让建筑外观、空间机能传递企业重视人文传承与历久弥新的形象，并发挥基地在都市中独特的环境优势，设计从艺术、建筑、自然、文化等元素汲取灵感，渐次发展出钻石造型的外观，经由斜交几何搭配浅色金属网膜玻璃，创造现代、科技、数字的前瞻意象，除了彰显国际级企业总部形象的地标性建筑，并提升周边整体都市景观，带动国际多元性街道和都市空间发展，从而引领周边建筑未来的规划设计。夜间时，大楼内部简约低调的照明光线，绽放钻石般的璀璨光芒，呼应坚固永恒的企业精神，同时传达现代环保及智慧节能的永续意涵。

Located at the busy intersection of Minquan East Road and Zhongshan North Road, the new Shanghai Commercial and Savings Bank headquarters features a diamond-shaped design inspired by art, architecture, nature, and culture. 开创性结构外墙 营造无柱室内空间与鲜活绿景

Innovative Facade Design: Column-Free Interiors and Vibrant Green Landscapes

占地约2,333平方米，地上16层、地下4层的上海商业储蓄银行新总行大楼，通过外墙开创性的钻石型斜交钢柱结构，打造出超耐震规格，搭配各层配备的楼板调谐质量阻尼器（TMD）与结构健康监测系统（SHM），耐震系数达高于法规的1.5倍；结构柱分散与幕墙框架整合，形成室内跨距近27米无柱开放办公空间，除了提升空间效率与使用弹性，无论规划标准办公座位或弹性分割座位区皆宜，也能发挥景观视野最大化，引入自然采光；而网膜玻璃外墙系统则延续钻石的建筑语汇，以其隐含金属光泽的质地，可在兼顾隔热性能和室内采光质量的前提下，赋予建筑外观晶莹剔透的视觉感。

Covering around 2,333 square meters, Shanghai Commercial and Savings Bank headquarters has 16 floors above ground and 4 below ground. Its innovative diamond-shaped diagonal steel column facade achieves exceptional seismic resistance, with a seismic coefficient 1.5 times higher than required by regulations. Each floor is equipped with Tuned Mass Dampers (TMD) and a Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) system. The integration of structural columns with the curtain wall framework creates nearly 27 meters of column-free office space, enhancing both space efficiency and flexibility. This design is ideal for both traditional and flexible office setups, maximizing natural light and views. The metal mesh glass facade continues the diamond motif, providing a clear visual effect while ensuring effective insulation and indoor lighting.

外墙框架一方面体现工艺之美，另一方面也烘托出位于高楼层的员工餐厅及空中花园，并与地面层景观中庭的落瀑水帘相呼应。水墙遮饰了后方邻舍，而水瀑飞泻时的哗哗声，划开了都市车龙的嘈嚷，为中庭注入静逸气息，成为大楼中的心灵憩所；多样化绿植的巧设，则为此间天地营造出活泼多元的都市生态栖地。东侧阳台及南侧活力梯阳台处，均设有垂直立体绿化，设计上善用有限的空间，既与建筑语汇和鸣，也为都市平添一抹绿意。

The exterior frame not only displays intricate craftsmanship, but also highlights the employee restaurant and rooftop garden situated on higher levels, complementing the waterfall feature in the landscaped atrium on the ground floor. The water wall provides a screen from neighboring buildings, while the sound of cascading water drowns out the urban traffic noise, bringing a tranquil atmosphere to the atrium and creating a serene retreat within the building. The diverse greenery is carefully arranged to create a vibrant urban ecological habitat. Vertical gardens on the east balcony and south terrace efficiently use space, blending seamlessly with the building's design and adding a touch of green to the cityscape.

大周天聚财格局 搭配扇形空间平面以创造气势

Grand Zhou Tian Layout with Fan-Shaped Space Design for Impressive Aura

民权东路与中山北路在风水上所交集出的「大周天」，有聚财之象，设计上因应基地的风水条件，将正对交叉口的银行入口（开口角度4.9度）和挑高三层的营业大厅，采扇形的空间平面设计搭配弧形窗，创造汇集人流与国际级大厅的气势；民权东路侧大门，开口转34度角，则藉由明快的动线设计，将贵宾引入办公梯厅和南侧花园。浅米色意大利洞石的墙面与灰麻色天然岗石的地坪，散发大器沉稳的空间气质，办公室门厅的天花，则延伸建筑立面钻石斜交的图腾语汇，嵌合了LED线型灯为整体照明；接待处背面的高墙以企业LOGO盘固而成，彰显「盘固金融、永续璀璨」的激励意象。

In feng shui, the intersection of Minquan East Road and Zhongshan North Road creates a "Grand Zhou Tian" layout that symbolizes wealth accumulation. The design incorporates this feng shui principle by aligning the bank's entrance (with a 4.9-degree angle) and the three-story high main hall with the intersection. The fan-shaped floor plan and curved windows enhance the flow of visitors and create a prestigious lobby atmosphere. The entrance on Minquan East Road, angled at 34 degrees, features a straightforward path design that guides VIPs to the office lobby and the south garden. The light beige Italian travertine walls and gray granite flooring enhance a sophisticated ambiance. The lobby ceiling reflects the diamond-patterned facade of the building and is illuminated by linear LED lights. The high wall behind the reception, featuring the corporate logo, underscores the theme of "solid finance and enduring brilliance."

在总楼地板面积将近3万平方米的大楼中，规划了1F-4F为银行营业单元、5F-12F为总行部处单元、13F为行史馆及行员教育训练中心、14F为员工餐厅、15F-16F为层峰办公室；高楼层坐拥舒畅宏阔的视野，能饱览中山北路上，樟树及枫香所营造出栉比鳞次的林荫大道景致。

With a total of 30,000 square meter, the building layout includes the following: Floors 1 through 4 are for bank operations, Floors 5 through 12 for headquarters offices, Floor 13 for the bank's historical museum and employee training center, Floor 14 for the staff cafeteria, and Floors 15 and 16 for executive offices. The higher floors offer expansive and panoramic views, allowing for a stunning view of the tree-lined avenue created by the camphor and maple trees along Zhongshan North Road.
