中信富泰的济南尊位于济南中央商务区东侧，是一座集商业办公、商业零售、休闲娱乐和市民元素于一体的超高层综合体。项目以“古今之城”为概念，将济南古城的“城、门、檐、水、墙”五种元素解构重组植入设计。

Located in the CBD on east Jinan, CITIC’s Jinan Honor project is a super high-rise mixed-use development comprising commercial offices, retail, entertainment and civic elements. Bearing the notion of ‘town’, five elements of ancient Jinan – the ‘twin-town, city gate, roof silhouette, waters and wall patterns’ of the old Mingfu City – are implemented into the main design focus of this project.

项目以两座高层办公塔楼为核心，与济南历史上“明府城”的双子城格局形成呼应。北部塔楼高320米，南部塔楼高120米，彼此之间通过4层高的商业零售裙楼连接。裙楼下方设置了一座下沉广场，中部犹如打开的城门，形成一条连接西侧绸带公园的视觉通廊，打破了商业空间与自然生态的界限。

The development features two high-rise office tower at its core, standing to echo the history of ancient Jinan, where two towns merged to form the old Mingfu City. The 320 m north tower and the 120 m south tower are connected with a 4-storey retail podium sitting on top of a sunken plaza, creating a gate and a visual corridor towards greenery of the westerly Ribbon Park, breaking boundary between commercial spaces and nature.

项目优雅起伏的屋檐是对城内古建筑曲线屋檐造型的现代演绎，而古代城墙形态及城内处处流淌的泉水则抽象融入在项目独特的外立面设计中。济南尊的设计从城市发展中汲取灵感，塑造出济南所独有的文化与商业地标。

Sloped roofs in traditional local architecture are interpreted into the curvy roof form throughout the development, while the ancient wall patterns and the renowned spring waters of the city mark an outline of the distinctive facade design. Jinan Honor draws inspiration from the evolution of the city to create a unique cultural and commercial icon that originates from and belongs to Jinan.
