阿里中心·杭州未科 | GMP

阿里中心·杭州未科位于杭州城西未来科技城核心区。gmp的整体规划概念将地块划分为西部和东部两个办公建筑群落，在两座高低错落的建筑群落之间创造一条中央景观绿谷，整合配套功能，将自然延伸到地下一层。地块的西北角和东南角分别设置建筑制高点，从而塑造出高低错落、富有节奏感的城市天际线，使项目成为片区的重要地标。

The site is located in the center of Hangzhou Future Science and Technology City, bordered by canals on three sides. The design comprises two office clusters to the west and east of the site, with an inner courtyard and a sunken garden extending between them. Stepped building volumes form tall cornerstones at the northwestern and southeastern edges of the site.

办公空间采用独特的模块化设计。方案以30×30m的办公单元模块为基础，各类活动与休闲空间结合布置，为员工提供交流与协作的场所。绿意盎然的湿地景观向园区内部自然延展，层叠的屋顶露台、绿色景观为员工提供开放的共享空间。建筑底层采用开放、通透的设计，将内部景观空间与城市公共空间自然连接。四通八达的步行系统连接各建筑群与主要入口及南侧公园。

The internal workspaces are organized into a modular structure of 30-by-30-meter units. Shared activity and relaxation areas provide spaces for communication and collaboration. The park-like surroundings are extended vertically with the help of generous terraces and recessed balconies. The ground floor is shaped by an open and transparent design that connects the internal landscape spaces with the city’s public realm. A comprehensive pedestrian network links the different building clusters to the main entrances and the park to the south.
