In mid-2022, Hongkong Land acquired this prime commercial site by the waterfront on the east side of Jinji Lake in Suzhou. With a planned GFA of approximately 160,000 sqm, the Project will be positioned as a high-end retail-led commercial complex that offers luxurious shopping, dining, and hospitality experience.

The Project is located in the core area of Suzhou Industrial Park (“SIP”), one of the most economically robust districts in Suzhou Downtown and a national-level economic development zone. Situated at the waterfront on the east side of Jinji Lake, the Project enjoys great view of this national 5A-level scenic spot which is also one of the most popular shopping destinations and tourist attractions in the city.
