In mid-2022, Hongkong Land acquired this prime commercial site by the waterfront on the east side of Jinji Lake in Suzhou. With a planned GFA of approximately 160,000 sqm, the Project will be positioned as a high-end retail-led commercial complex that offers luxurious shopping, dining, and hospitality experience.
