无锡恒隆广场一期项目包括一幢250米高的办公楼和市内最大型的购物中心。其建筑设计根据建筑用地的交通流向模式、日照分布、体积配置等条件,因地制宜地围绕购物中心设计了 3 个夺目的玻璃中庭。
Center 66 Phase 1 consists of a 250m Office Tower and the city's largest mall. The three striking glass atria enclosing the mall evolve as the ideal response to the site’s circulation patterns, distribution of natural light, and arrangement of volumes.
此外,项目的基本目标是通过 LEED 金级认证,并在建筑保护方面作出贡献。因此,坐落于用地中心的城隍庙内外戏台和偏厅建筑(始建于明朝约 1369 年)被保留,恒隆广场的设计使原有的历史建筑群经修复能够融入新布局中,成为大型公共广场的一部分。Aedas 担任此项目一期的总体规划、零售购物商场与办公楼一期之设计及项目建筑师。
Achieving a LEED Gold certification is a fundamental objective of the project, so is the preservation of two historic theatre stages and a hall dating from the Ming dynasty (circa AD 1369), which are located at the heart of the site. The design of Center 66 extensively restores this historic compound whilst integrating it into a large public plaza. Aedas is the Design and Project Architect for Phase 1 masterplan, retail mall and office tower 1.
