The programme and design concept of the project is to hold the functions of the development which encompass from residence, works exhibitions, shopping, leisure, shopping and entertainment under one roof with controlled environments as a strategy against half a year of extremely cold weather in Shenyang. The project is anticipated as one of the most complex projects in China’s recent history, as architect has integrated colossal world-class functions under one roof, offering “one-stop service” for the daily necessities of the local community.

该项目的规划和设计理念是将住宅、作品展览、购物、休闲、购物和娱乐等功能整合在一个屋檐下，并采用可控的环境设计，以应对沈阳长达半年的严寒天气。该项目预计将成为中国近代史上最复杂的项目之一，建筑师将众多世界级的功能整合在一个屋檐下，为当地社区的日常生活提供“一站式服务”。

The project faces the new Hunnan District across the old Hunhe River, is also at the gateway from Shenyang Airport to the Shenyang city area. Symbolizing the transition of the city from the old days to the modern era, the project is an internationally iconic landmark presenting a new face of Shenyang to the world.
