GATE M 华之门广场是上海徐汇区的旗舰商业综合体项目和未来地标。这个超级 TOD 项目现正在施工阶段，建成后将倾力呈现多元化的业态内容和全景式的消费体验。其设计灵感来自上海历史悠久的棉纺织工藝。GATE M 华之门广场位于上海西南城心，交通便利，连接四条地铁线路：市域机场线、地铁 15 号线、19 号线（在建）和 23 号线（在建）。

‘GATE M Huazhimen’ is a flagship commercial project and future landmark in Shanghai’s Xuhui District. This super TOD has commenced construction and is set to become an integrated and innovative retail and lifestyle experience inspired by the city’s historical cotton textile artists. Located in Shanghai's central urban area, the development is conveniently connected by four metro lines: the Airport Link Line, Metro Line 15,   Line 19 (under construction) and Line 23 (under construction).

上海是中国纺织服装业的发源地之一，而棉纺织业便曾是上海重要的经济产业之一。项目所在地文化底蕴深厚，毗邻黄道婆纪念馆和宁国禅寺。黄道婆生于华泾，是中国早期棉纺织业最著名的女性之一，她以传承至今的乌泥泾棉纺织技艺而闻名。

Shanghai is one of the birthplaces of China’s textile and garment industry, with the cotton textile once being one of the city’s most important economic industries. The project site is surrounded by this rich cultural history, situated nearby the Huang Dao Po Memorial Hall and Ningguo Temple. Huang Dao Po of Huajing is one of the most famous women of the early Chinese cotton textile industry, known for her Wunijing technique which has been passed down to this day.

GATE M 华之门广场的建筑设计反映了华泾传统棉纺织业的五个工序：捍、弹、纺、织、染。每个工序的特点都通过建筑语言和抽象化的设计手法来表达。

The architectural design of GATE M Huazhimen reflects the five processes of Huajing's traditional cotton textile industry: knitting, stretching, spinning, weaving and dyeing. The characteristics of each process are expressed through the architectural language with abstract design techniques.

在建筑上下体量之间引入绿化景观和自然光，打破室内外的边界，并打造一条拾级而上、绿意盎然的半室外漫游路径。设计为访客创造舒适的空间，同时有效提升建筑的环保性能。GATE M 华之门广场旨于在徐汇区打造一个东方美学与生活兼备的世界级 TOD 综合体。该项目计划于 2027 年竣工。

Landscaping and natural light are introduced between the upper and lower building volumes, breaking the boundary between indoor and outdoor, and creating a semi-open-air path with steps and generous greenery. The design creates spaces for visitors to enjoy while also increasing the environmental performance of the building. GATE M Huazhimen aspires to create an intelligent, experiential, and world-class TOD complex in Xuhui. This development is planned to be completed in 2027.
