此综合发展项目位于珠江新城中轴线东塔东侧，功能包括办公塔楼及裙楼商业。塔楼高度约320米，其自身摆放并没依照珠江新城道路网格，而是以此为根据转了45度，把呈方型平面的四面朝向的景观最大化，并使之拥有最远观赏距离。同时，此转动也有利于首层东北角创造开扬的广场，迎向东北角的十字路口。

Located east of the central axis and next to the East Tower of the new CBD at ZhuJiang New Town, this mixed development comprises office, a retail podium, an underground parking, all integrated within a single tower of 320m high. The tower orientation does not follow the orthogonal city grid; the square floor plate is rotated by 45 degrees, maximizing view of all 4 sides to afar. On ground level, this rotation creates a welcoming plaza facing the northeast vehicular intersection.

塔楼于南北转角则有一连串椭圆状的变化，回应珠江新城的南北向中轴线。塔楼立面初看似由一组简单的格状玻璃幕墙组成，细看下连接格状的铝合金竖向肋是有组织地以不同角度连接，产生光与影的变动，为外立面涂上一层低调的质感，与区内繁茂景象和谐融合。

At first sight, the façade treatment is a simple gridded curtain wall with highlights at the north and south corners marked by series of elliptical openings enhanced with darkened glass in parallel with the main axis of ZhuJiang New Town. Soon it is apparent the façade has a layer of vertical aluminium fins stemmed from the fixed grid at varied but coordinated angles. Shadow casted on the fins thus displays a change of shades across the façade, adding a layer of intriguing complexity, yet subtle in nature.
