佛山德国服务中心建筑综合体与同样由gmp设计兴建的佛山世纪莲体育馆和保利中心咫尺之遥，基地位于东平河畔，依托珠江三角洲经济板块。

The building complex is being created in the direct proximity of these other projects already completed by gmp: the Foshan Sports Park and the Foshan Poly Centre along the Dongping River in the region of the Pearl River Delta.

呈叠加状的建筑体块外立面通过白色中国花岗岩刻画出垂直的秩序肌理，将成为佛山这座拥有7百万人口的大都会令人难忘的建筑形象。综合体内将容纳购物中心、餐厅、公寓以及豪华住宅、地下车库，另外还设有公共汽车站和地铁站。

The staggered buildings with vertically structured façades of white Chinese granite create a characteristic appearance and landmark in the Foshan metropolis, a city of 7 million inhabitants. The complex accommodates shopping centres, restaurants, flats and luxury apartments including underground car parking, a bus station and an underground station.

一座240米高的办公大楼和两栋高度分别为160米和110米的住宅建筑构成一组引人注目的建筑群，坐落于河畔、街道和绿地的环抱中。每座塔楼由于其功能的差异立面想象也不尽相同。三幢塔楼通过一座高四层的裙楼相连接，裙楼内设商业空间。与裙楼等高的柱廊赋予建筑恢宏大气的整体形象。

Seen from the surrounding roads, the river and the parkland areas, the 240 metre high office tower and the two residential towers – with heights of 160 metre and 110 metre – form a significant family of buildings. At the same time, each tower is differentiated by its façade, which relates to its respective function. Up to the fourth floor, the towers are linked by a base structure with commercial uses. Full-height arcades create a public and prestigious appearance.
