The U-shaped footprint allocates cores and exposed lift lobbies to the North, while maximising the extraordinary mountain and sea views for all apartments.

Fully glazed residential facades incorporate floor-to-ceiling sliding doors in all rooms, with narrow French balconies in front of every room. Their continuous balustrades unify the overall tower appearance, transforming the punctuated balcony-and-wall rhythm of generic residential towers into a seamless, transparent façade image. Irregular façade grids add suspense and interest, while recessed balconies allow for ample outdoor space to each unit.

一系列“连廊”、主题会所及住宅设施，错落有致地纵向贯穿于塔楼立面，将垂直体块以引人瞩目的姿态向外敞开。儿童游乐场和葱郁的空中花园，以及其中如波浪起伏般延伸的露台，共同将绿色景观带入上层；而体育俱乐部和健身区的悬置跑道则向远处延伸，融入外围的城市环境。空中花园最高层的泳池如同漂浮在半空，在视觉上向天际延伸。

A series of “Galleries”, thematic clubhouses and residential amenities, intersperse the tower elevations at regular intervals, to open up the vertical massing in engaging gestures. Children’s playgrounds and lushly planted sky gardens with undulating terraces bring greenery into the upper levels, while the cantilevering running track of the sports club and gym zone reaches far out into the urban surroundings. A floating pool at the highest sky garden level extends into the sky.
